Human Resources Coordinator
HOURS: Full-time, 32 hours. Schedule TBD.
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for routine technical and administrative tasks for the Human Resources/Personnel Department. Performs various tasks to include but not limited to: personnel recruitment including posting and maintaining job announcements, participating in job fair or recruitment events, and onboarding (orienting) new employees. Assist in onboarding/pre-employment process ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Offboarding duties including exit interviews. Responsible for spotlighting hospital, physician offices, and other events on hospital website and Facebook. Assists employees and applicants with Human Resources issues. Ability to travel locally when required.
Other duties as assigned. Requires ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
SKILLS:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Public speaking required for orientations, career fairs, radio ads, etc.
EDUCATION:
• Requires a high school diploma or a GED state certification.
• Requires the ability to read, legibly write, follow instructions, and perform simple mathematical calculations.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources required.
