EVS Housekeeping (PRN)
HOURS: Hours and days vary. Some weekend work required.
We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs routine cleaning in assigned areas following established schedules and prescribed methods.
• Cleans and services nurses stations, patient rooms, restrooms, and offices.
• Cleans and dusts furniture and equipment.
• Cleans windows, empties trash baskets, and arranges furniture and equipment in an orderly fashion.
• Scours and polishes bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and similar equipment.
• Replenishes supplies of soap and towels.
• Polishes and cleans doors and windows.
• Vacuums, dust mops, and wet mops all patient rooms and restrooms each day.
• Promotes team work daily, communicates and reports problems and concerns to the Manager.
• Performs other related job duties as assigned.
SKILLS:
Proven working experience in relevant field
Ability to work independently and remain motivated
Helpful with customer service orientation
Prioritization and time management skills
Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
Knowledge of English language
EDUCATION:
• High school diploma or GED state certification or similar demonstrated ability preferred but not required.
EXPERIENCE:
• Work-related experience desired but not required.
