Dietary Cook
HOURS: Days and shifts vary. Must be willing to work every other weekend.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows all food production tallies, identifies portion sizes, products to produce, diets, counts, and distribution appropriate to the tray-line and cafeteria.
- Ensures foods are prepared by the established meal times on a daily basis and served at appropriate temperatures. Follows sanitation standards and health codes.
- Adheres to safety procedures when operating all kitchen equipment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ensures daily strict adherence by kitchen staff of personal hygiene policies, practices, and standards.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience desired.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB:
Intermittent walking and standing all day. Moderate physical effort. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Continual operation of kitchen equipment. Working in hot/cold environment.
